Facilitating the development of participants with barriers to find employment in the workforce and creating relationships with employers to provide job opportunities for participants.

Operated SMA line to produce circuit boards for use in CEA Radar systems. Workedwith the SMA team to improve production efficiency by streamlining processes andimproving QC methods. Managed fault register that could be consulted to addresscommon faults that would often occur with the machines. Furthermore, I wasentrusted with the responsibility to run pre-start up checks for the machines and toensure they were ready for the production day.

Various electronics assembly processes including; soldering, module builds andcable assembly. Worked to a high degree of accuracy in small teams to assemblevarious modules that would be used in CEA’s radar systems, which were integral tothe operation of Australian Navy vessels. Quickly proved to be a fast learner and waspromoted to full time and offered the first place in the Surface Mount Assembly line.
