Andreas’ main responsibilities are managing the Student Service Centre, a one-stop facility offering non-academic student support; overseeing the visa issuance process for international students, which involves extensive coordination with the Migration Department; organising student activities and events; and coordinating the Medical School’s alumni activity. The Student Service Centre was created during his tenure, and this centre consistently receives the highest student satisfaction ratings among all of the school’s departments. Andreas produces results consistently, displays the utmost professionalism, manages his team effectively, maintains productive relationships with colleagues and outside stakeholders such as Migration, and proposes new and better ways of carrying out his team’s work.
