To his charitable attainments belong past experiences as a youth camp organiser, a voluntary fire fighter and promoting gay and human rights, acceptance and tolerance worldwide through media interviews and international travel as Mr Gay World 2012.These achievements come from passion and determination to the job at hand as well as strong skills in managing projects, organisation and coordination, leading and developing teams, market research, business strategy and international trade. Andy is fluent in German and English, always keen to experience new challenges in new fields. Personally he likes to socialise with friends, reading and keeping fit with gym and swimming.
