- Serves as global Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Finish Operations in all Jabil implant and instrument sites to initiate, orchestrate and support knowledge transfer- Develops and implements two new finish technologies (wet- and dry-electropolishing of titanium) for the implant sites of Jabil- Develops Finish Process Strategies with particular emphasis on the E2E process flow- Leads projects to implement new technology with focus on Finish Processes- Coordinates an Automation Initiative in between the sites of the DACH and US region

- Leads a global asset replacement project for all finish lines (anodizing, electro polishing, passivation and final rinsing) in the implant and instrument sites.- Develops and implements standardized agile and autonomous finish modules to replace rigid finish lines

Built up and managed an engineering group responsible for all processes after the mechanical production like cleaning, electro-chemical and galvanic surface treatments, laser etching and packaging of implants

Lead and coordination of lean activities like value stream mapping for the plant including JIT trainings for new employees

Built up and managed a team of engineers to support the production lines with their processes, CNC programming, off-line CNC simulation, DNC administration, process documentation and tool design
