Daily responsibilities include continually improving the Quickalytics Performance Management software, working with our great clients to support as needed, listening to what they need going forward, and introducing Quickalytics to anyone who is interested.

Alignalytics designed and implemented the SAP the business intelligence platform for clients. Alignalytics created software-as-a-service products to replace and enhance existing paper processes.

Human Resources (2002 - 2004)- Post 9/11 was assigned to the Disaster Recovery Preparedness analysis team to research and design processes needed; Used PeopleSoft system as part of this responsibility. - Also assisted as needed on various analytics projects as the company downsized.Special Projects (2001-2002)- During a time of rapid growth, I was assigned to a special projects team. I was assigned the role of working with multiple department heads to map the critical SME needs for implementing simultaneous Tier One clients. This included designing plans for addressing exposed gaps. BASKAL Project (2001)- Worked in Switzerland as half of a 2 person team for client's acceptance testing of a multi-million dollar portion of the BASKAL project. BASKAL Project (1999-2000)- Member of the Y2k verification team for the same project- The Quality assurance member of the Rapid Deployment team, a small dedicated team meant to streamline delivery of small software releases to the client as the project wrapped up.BASKAL Project (1996-1999)- Member on a software quality/test team verifying the successful delivery of a multi-year, multi-lingual, leased line software system for an international telecommunications company. Project met contractual and ISO 900x standards.
