My latest project has been recruiting for government organisations, supporting their recruitment across a wide variety of roles.Breakdown of responsibilities:• Directly manage 5 Recruitment Coordinators/Administrators, managing workload, training and development.• Managing the delivery of recruitment campaigns for our clients• Arrange and attend briefings for Screeners/Interviewers/Assessors as required.• Produce all statistical analysis, Market Intelligence & weekly reports• Invoicing as well as managing Profit & Loss reports• Responsible for all improvements to process and quality assurance.

Works with Client managers in the delivery of the selection and recruitment process, aligned with business development goals.
