Part of the project Core Team in various projects delivering Propulsion & Control systems for Metro- and EMU trains to Asia. Analysis and follow-up of the project financial performance indicators, during the 5-10 life cycle of the projects, including Engineering design, Manufacturing, Delivery and Warranty. Continously drive and improve the processes within the project in order to maximize profit and customer value.

Responsible for Asia-Pacific region. Support the sales-organisation in new tenders. Target setting. Planning, co-ordination, analysis and reporting financial forecasts.

Responsible for a team of 5 Project Controllers. Personell related tasks like PD-talks, salary reviews, recruiting, target setting etc. Monthly closings, forecasts - analysing reporting of the consolidated finacial result of the Market Unit (Japan & South Korea). Support KA-teams in the sales process. SOX co-ordination and reporting.

Plan-, conduct- and document internal audits on Ericsson companies worldwide in order to secure internal control. Design of Ericsson's global SOX-precesses and key controls.

Financial follow up and analysis of the 3G business, including cost of R&D, Manufacturing, and Supply as well as Sales figures and profitability.

Responsible for a team of 6 market (project) controllers within the Americas region. Personell related tasks like salary reviews, PD-talks etc. Analysis- and follow-up of the financial performance of the projects within the region. Report and present the result of region to Business Management Americas. Improvement of processes and routines within market control.
