Key Objectives• The management of the contracted Maintenance, Security, Cleaning, Landscaping, and Refuse service providers, to ensure the delivery of service within the agreed budgets. • To oversee the implementation of the Centre’s ‘Planned Preventative Maintenance’ schedule. • To ensure all Health, Safety and Environmental statutory obligations and industry best practice procedures and systems are adhered to. • To monitor the energy profile of the Center and propose measures for its optimization.• To assist the Center Manager in the preparation and maintenance of the service charge budget and expenditure. Main Duties and ResponsibilitiesGeneral• To oversee the Centre’s service providers and contractors. • To ensure that all common plant and machinery is being effectively and efficiently maintained by third party contractors in accordance with the maintenance schedules and that all records are accurately maintained. • To assist in the maintenance of the Centre’s Health and Safety Plan, reviewing and updating as necessary to ensure optimum effectiveness. • To ensure that all construction works within the Center (renovations, new shops etc.) are executed in accordance with center’s Design and Technical Guidelines, Rules of Operation and the requirements of the applicable local legislation.• To ensure that utility consumption and costs are effectively and efficiently managed, through the utilization of all available tools (BMS, reports, bills etc.). • To prepare and deliver operational reports as required. • Organize regular meetings with the contractors and operations team.• Assume the role of ‘Duty Manager’ when required. • Assume the role of ‘Deputy Center Manager’ when required, in the absence of the Center Manager. • Any other duties reasonably requested by the Centre Manager.

My work involves designing of all mechanical services required in any kind of building to function properly including air-conditioning and ventilation systems, heating systems, medical gases for hospitals, drainage networks, domestic water networks, water treatment systems, pumping stations, fuel stations and many more. Also since 2009, my work involves the provision of infrared thermography services for the detection of malfunctions in various electrical & mechanical equipment and also leakage detection in buildings. Finally since 2010 the company provides energy auditing services to residential & industrial buildings with the use of specialized equipment.

My work mainly involved the management and design of projects taking place on behalf of BP Eastern Mediterranean within Cyprus. Examples of such project includes the construction and maintenance of fuel storage tanks, construction of fuelling supplying systems comprising of pumps and pumping stations, filters, pipelines etc.
