As Head of Ecosystem Development, I lead and coordinate our startup center's ecosystem development and initiatives in partnership with the affiliated university including startups, corporates, universities, municipalities, investors, NGOs, city-makers, and artists that make up our community. My focus is on fostering collaboration and co-creation among these stakeholders to drive a sustainable future.The Strascheg Center as an affiliated institute of the university of applied science located in Munich, provides an ideal environment for shaping the future at the intersection of the most innovative DAX companies, a pioneering smart city, and Europe's dynamic tech startup ecosystem. Munich has the necessary technology, skills, and resources to create a better future, but the challenge is to integrate all the different perspectives and stakeholders.Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a comprehensive ecosystem development strategy - Establish and maintain relationships with key ecosystem partners to drive collaboration and co-creation.- Organize events, workshops, and other programs that facilitate collaboration and co-creation among ecosystem partners.- Provide guidance and support to startups in the ecosystem, helping them to connect with relevant partners and resources.- Drive the growth of the ecosystem through outreach, networking, and other initiatives.
