I am responsible and accountable for product deliveries within the Product Area, which is a part of the bigger SimCorp Dimension Product. The area consist of seven cross-functional teams in a SAFe-ish setup, spanning 4 locations.I have four direct reports, three managers and one specialist. In this position I was also responsible for the PMO and GTM parts of delivering the new native App Experience of YouSee/Telmore Musik (Android, iOS, Web), which launched in 2022, with significantly improved app ratings over previous versions. YouSee/Telmore Music is a subscription-based value-adding service which is limited to YouSee/Telmore mobile voice customers and works as an attraction and retention tool for the brands; we were able to raise loyalty in all customer segments. Increasing the customer lifetime value for the brands, significantly increased usage rates and an improved pNPS.Created and owned the Road Map process for Music, based on OKRs which aligned business goals and KPIs with the work done in the teams. The process was holistic and long running. Objectives and Key Results were updated quarterly in collaboration between teams, department leadership and product management, allowing for top-down and bottom-up approaches to product development to cooperate.

Merging three company cultures to create the Nuuday Music organization and doubling its size in 9 months, while maintaining all performance metrics (velocity, delivery cadence, goal achievement). Anecdotally we created more customer value in the first 3 months than the two previous years put together. This was done while also creating some of the highest employee satisfaction scores within Nuuday. Creating the way of working and collaboration processes between the 6 cross functional teams, in two locations: Copenhagen and Kyiv. The organization was end-to-end responsible for all parts of the music service, including Commercial Management, Marketing, Product Management and Development, Customer Service, and IT-operations.I was also responsible for transforming the way Quality Assurance was organized and executed in the product development lifecycle of the Music Service, including the introduction of Behavior Driven Development (BDD) principles and test automation, increasing the automation coverage on Mobile Apps, and achieving an almost full test coverage of the web application, and decreasing Time to Market for new App releases as a result.As part of the organization building, I created an employee on-boarding program. This program later inspired a similar program created by Nuuday HR.Moved and designed our office spaces, which was acclaimed throughout Nuuday, and by guests, as something special and cozy in an otherwise very corporate environment.
