I am responsible and accountable for product deliveries within the Product Area, which is a part of the bigger SimCorp Dimension Product. The area consist of seven cross-functional teams in a SAFe-ish setup, spanning 4 locations.I have four direct reports, three managers and one specialist. My main mission is the collaboration with Tech. and Product Management on defining our strategic roadmaps, and setting up OKR based goal-setting for the area. I also help with the handling deliveries to Market Units, including requests and escalations. Making sure we find the best solutions for new and existing customers alike, in a very complex B2B product setup.I have also been striving to build a strong team of peers between technology/architecture, engineering, and product leaders, with shared goals and accountability. This is still a work in progress, but everyone is leaning in an we are improving every week.I really believe in culture as a driver for both success and for change. As such I am working on creating a true culture of transparency, trust, and collaboration between all stakeholders. When we succeed, we do so together, when we fail, we don't point fingers, when the day is mediocre, we share a snack or a drink, share a story and make sure everyone goes home with a good feeling!

Head of Product Management, Product Design, and Data Science, in a dedicated organization with focus on the Customer Experience within YouSee/Telmore Music service. In this position I was also responsible for the PMO and GTM parts of delivering the new native App Experience of YouSee/Telmore Musik (Android, iOS, Web), which launched in 2022, with significantly improved app ratings over previous versions. YouSee/Telmore Music is a subscription-based value-adding service which is limited to YouSee/Telmore mobile voice customers and works as an attraction and retention tool for the brands; we were able to raise loyalty in all customer segments. Increasing the customer lifetime value for the brands, significantly increased usage rates and an improved pNPS.Created and owned the Road Map process for Music, based on OKRs which aligned business goals and KPIs with the work done in the teams. The process was holistic and long running. Objectives and Key Results were updated quarterly in collaboration between teams, department leadership and product management, allowing for top-down and bottom-up approaches to product development to cooperate.

Merging three company cultures to create the Nuuday Music organization and doubling its size in 9 months, while maintaining all performance metrics (velocity, delivery cadence, goal achievement). Anecdotally we created more customer value in the first 3 months than the two previous years put together. This was done while also creating some of the highest employee satisfaction scores within Nuuday. Creating the way of working and collaboration processes between the 6 cross functional teams, in two locations: Copenhagen and Kyiv. The organization was end-to-end responsible for all parts of the music service, including Commercial Management, Marketing, Product Management and Development, Customer Service, and IT-operations.I was also responsible for transforming the way Quality Assurance was organized and executed in the product development lifecycle of the Music Service, including the introduction of Behavior Driven Development (BDD) principles and test automation, increasing the automation coverage on Mobile Apps, and achieving an almost full test coverage of the web application, and decreasing Time to Market for new App releases as a result.As part of the organization building, I created an employee on-boarding program. This program later inspired a similar program created by Nuuday HR.Moved and designed our office spaces, which was acclaimed throughout Nuuday, and by guests, as something special and cozy in an otherwise very corporate environment.

Department head of Development of Siemens Mobility Software and IT department, this included IT-operations of own data center, several software projects including data technologies like data brokers, DWH solutions and reporting. I also had the responsibility of the student department at Siemens Mobility. The student department had up to ten students in different parts of their studies, either student workers, internships, or thesis writing. I also supervised several theses. I was also responsible for the student and education related parts Siemens Mobility’s relationship to universities and educational institutions.During this period, I organized a hugely successful knowledge sharing concept dubbed “Magic Monday”, where employees would share interests, project breakthroughs, technology, etc. in short talks to inspire others and receive praise.

During my time with Siemens, I was on a three-year delegation to the Rail Automation Head Quarter in Braunschweig, Germany. As part of the S-bane Copenhagen signaling program I joined the development team as a delegate software developer. As the project team grew to over 100 people, I was asked to take a position as a sort of Scrum Master of Scrum Masters, ensuring coordination and process management between the eight teams located across seven European countries. This included the introduction of Lean/Agile processes to coordinate improvement and planning efforts across the teams. Building and leading the large-scale agile adoption in the organization. I was also part of the project management team.I was also responsible for onboarding and growing new teams and team members as the organization was increasing in size. This significantly improved my toolbox in Lean/Agile methodologies and classic management disciplines like people management, team building/growing, change management, and project management, as well as my knowledge about team dynamics and corporation.In my last 1.5 years on the project, I was stationed in Denmark travelling between all seven sites.

Soon after I moved to Germany, I was asked to take the position as Scrum Master of one of the development teams, ensuring the continuous improvement process and the running of all the scrum ceremonies. As a software developer I was very engaged in building and maintaining our Continuous Integration setup, including unit, integration and E2E tests (implemented using BDD and TDD). Later I also became the “on to ground” team lead of a team of Danish delegates to the project.
