I initiated, established and continue to develop the methodology in Munich in order to further the efficiency and quality of calibration. My responsibilities as a functional lead include; creating and delivering a skill development programme, evaluating calibration tasks and supporting proposed changes to work processes, including development of post processing tailored software tools.
