My life-goal is to constantly discover new ways for teaching/performing/creating, share my knowledge and hard work with team-mates and never stop moving forward. I get empowered by meeting with new people/colleagues/students, their culture and event horizons and challenge myself by working on fresh projects, without staying in any "comfort zone".The last 8 years I had the chance to manage and direct large teams of professionals in innovative art projects, teach more than 40 students in Music and Arts, as well as plan medium and big productions.My attitude is that of a scholar, solid and fast when it comes to important decisions and risk management.Searching for knowledge, always.
