I am open to all digital challenges in the “new and old world”, to accompany traditional businesses on their way into the digital world, to develop new perspectives or to work on fresh ideas and support them when they grow.I'm not limited to software projects, I'm curious and open to other new challenges. In my professional development so far, I have shown that major changes in topics and industries are also possible.About me: experience in leading projects and large project teams (+30 people) with team, timing and budget responsibility, willingness and hard work beyond agreed expectations, independence and entrepreneurial action and flexibility.In almost 10 years as a project-/program manager in software development for startups and OEMs, I have repeatedly made the following experiences and consider them to be essential for any project success:1. It is always about solutions for the user. The requirements must be formulated from his perspective.2. The best results are achieved with lean solutions that are gradually developed.3. Lean solutions are best achieved in teams from all involved / affected disciplines.4. A good team has clearly defined roles and responsibilities and can independently make time-critical decisions.5. Quality assurance begins with the creation of the concept. Every development phase needs its tests.6. Only software that is "live" provides new information about users, usage and other use cases. Better with 60% solutions live than with 100% solutions bypassing future user expectations.7. Teams need visions and concrete goals. Both is important. The next steps must be visible, but the bigger picture is even more important.8. Software is patient. You never stop learning.
