Globally in charge for the following commodities:• Gear Hobbing, Powerhoning, Gear Grinding as well as Deep- and Cross-hole-boring• Elaboration and definition of global commodity strategies as well as performing the supplier evaluation process• Self-dependent execution of all market tests for frame work contracts and individual supply contracts including the required negotiation and legal assessment• 2018: finalization of three strategic frame work contracts with a volume of 65 machines• Responsible for the strategic and technical management, counselling and stakeholder management of the global project teams for all purchasing related issues• Assignment concerning the development of a database for the strategic procurement of new and used machinery within Magna Powertrain focussing on total costs• Creation and conduction of internal trainings of the Vendor Selection Process by face to face trainings of the international project teams and different training elements in German and English
