I am very much customer focused to work out and to present, where the advantage are for the customer. This is not only a sales role, it require very good understanding of the market and where the advantages will pay off for the at the customers customers. I am a very good team player in such a way, that I am able to motivate other people (direct reports or doted line) so strongly, that they have an own hich motivation to be part of the success. What ever I do it is full of pasion. Tere fore I understand the market, end application and customers very well.
