I established and led a successful delivery center from its inception, starting with a small team and scaling it to close to 300 employees. However, in 2018, my journey took an unexpected turn when I faced a battle with cancer, which led me to step down from my leadership role.During my recovery, I redirected my focus towards the realms of Robotic Process Automation (RPA), reporting, and enhancing operational efficiency. This shift allowed me to leverage my skills in SQL and PowerBI to streamline processes, optimize workflows, and elevate overall quality.In addition to my experience, I am a certified German Wirtschaftsprüfer (auditor) and Steuerberater (tax advisor). My experience in building and managing a delivery center, coupled with my expertise in RPA, reporting, and quality management, has equipped me with a unique blend of strategic vision and practical implementation.
