Responsible for the strategic expansion of the services portfolio for one of the largest maritime organizations globally, through the identification, evaluation and implementation of investment opportunities within existing and new market segments across the global maritime industry.

Developed NeoSteer At-Bit Steerable, a new Rotary Steerable technology for use in Factory Drilling. Accomplished that by applying Product Lifecycle Management principles, engaging with stakeholders and delivering continuous improvements to meet and exceed KPIs. The technology has made a worldwide impact with profound success, securing multiple awards in international Oil&Gas organizations.

Concept Realization and Field support of Seismic Technologies. Key achievements:• Used a Design of Experiment approach to examine towing stability across the design space of a new Seismic Technology using AquaSim and DNV-GL recommended practices. My work helped address the challenges introduced by the technology and formed part of the intellectual property sell-off to another company as part of Schlumberger’s withdrawal from the Seismic Acquisition business.• Developed a new maintenance plan and introduced design changes to an existing technology that resulted in a 3-fold improvement in MTBF (reliability measure). Authored the operating manuals and procedures and trained field personnel in using this technology.

7 weeks on / 3 weeks off rotation onboard MV Geco Eagle. Key responsibilities:• Acquisition of seismic data, monitoring of operations and responding to emergencies.• Deployment and recovery of seismic equipment (sources, streamers, floats, auxiliary equipment), maintenance and troubleshooting of marine and seismic equipment.• Health and Safety audits and compliance to IMO and ISPS regulations.
