As part of the global CRM program with the aim of replacing all current CRM solutions worldwide with a single central solution a corresponding analysis was carried out together with an external partner. Main focus- Responsible for the process stream with the prospecting/onboarding process as priority- Collaboration in the conceptual access management (global roles & rights, data scope, capabilities, etc.)- Cross collaboration on various analysis streams (data model/EBOM, document management, partner and business relation structures, etc.)Findings were presented and agreed upon globally. As a result, a master document was provided to program management that outlined the implementation of a global CLM application across multiple booking centers and advisory offices.

Co-responsibility for the introduction of a KYC application in Switzerland, with the aim of creating standardized KYC profiles for all customer and account structures.Main focus- Analysis and definition of the necessary regulatory data scope (FINMA requirements)- Definition of data clusters (Core, Background, Personal, Source of Wealth, Business Activities, etc.)- Consulting on the UI/UX design of the application in terms of clear user guidance (one look & feel)- Co-development of the KYC processes: data capture, confirmation/approval as well as reviews- Collaboration on the access right definitions in the context of partners who have several different banking relationships (global partner handling), taking into account the "need to know" principleAs part of this project work, I was also involved in numerous workshops with end users from all the business units involved in the exchange, as well as in the training and education sessions.

As part of the introduction of the "Automatic Exchange of Information" (CRS), I developed the banking specifications on how trusts must be set up and reported (incl. the involved parties such as trustees, settlors, beneficiaries, etc.).These specifications were implemented in the specific trust administration application so that the requirements of the CRS were correctly implemented and processed.

Responsible for the business and banking functionality of a global CRM solution, which was developed in-house and rolled out to over 20 worldwide locations.Main focus- Processes within the private banks customer care: Onboarding, Maintenance and Closing- Compliance requirements within the framework of "Know your Client- Client structures - private individuals, companies, structures such as trusts, foundations, underlying companies, etc.- Client Relationships setups: account holders, power of attorneys, authorized signatories and their usage in complex structures- Document management incl. archiving and processing- Data structures and their access rights as well as user access managementAs part of this activity, on-site support was provided for implementations, including training and education – in each location.

Business project lead for the introduction of a rule-engine that calculates and reports the stamp duty owed in Switzerland on securities transactions for cross-border account relationships, so that this can be correctly submitted to the tax administration in Switzerland. The solution was developed for private banking as well as for intermediaries and was introduced in the locations Guernsey, Singapore/Hong Kong, Monaco, Bahamas and Germany.
