Established a forum for daily challenge management and continuous improvement initiatives.• Introduced a Change Management System, integrating essential functions in the product life cycle management.• Personally selected and participated in an immersive education program under Japanese Senseis to learn Lean/Kaizen principles at their origin. Subsequently established an internal training facility (Dojo) to educate employees in 5Gen Kaizen/Lean/Kata methodologies.
