I am independent and like to have interesting and challenging tasks with a lot of independence. I have some military background, and therefore I like to work with a clear responsibility. I understand, use and develop processes, but also has the ability to go my own way. I have clear principles and priorities for myself. This has, up to now, have me focused much on the family, but now the kids come up to such an age that I feel that there is a possibility for both.

This means to handle daily production issues when they are escalated, but more to proactively work your supply chain to that level that it is always prepared to fulfil all agreed targets and requirements. Much of the improvements are driven as projects or teams, were I sometimes am a part of the team and same time sits in the steering committee. In both team and in project the lean production philosophy is fundamental. Example of project /teams is al from solving problem with a specific component to transferring a complete module from one supplier to another. Another important task is to have a good cooperation with the market department so that our external supply chain always can fulfil the customer’s expectation. Often it is a ordinary capacity demand by ever so often the demand is a technical one. One key success factor in this role is to build a long term sustainable relation with your stakeholders no matter if they are customer, supplier, Swedish or foreign. Main achievements in this roll are:• Successfully driven the external supply chain for tree filling machine system, with one almost bankrupt supplier. This with very small customer impact. • Taken over one large deliverable (“test@ supplier”) in an important project when it was not in control. Over a couple of weeks I had it back on track and in control.• Together with the developing department launch our process on how to introduce, in the complete supply chain, engendering change in the machine.
