As a Bid Solution Manager in the IT industry, my focus is centered on creating compelling proposals for central government and large public institutions, where fierce competition is the norm. In this role, I am responsible for the overall solution that we are bidding with, ensuring that it fits the winning price we determine in terms of cost and quality, and that it is feasible based on the requirements outlined in the tender material.To achieve this, I together with the SMEs design innovative and feasible solutions that meet the client's needs. This involves conducting solution workshops, where we determine whether we will make use of sub-suppliers for specific services or provide the services ourselves. I work closely with our team to design end-to-end IT services contracts, including support, maintenance, transformation projects, and development for contracts that can run up to 10 years.My experience in this role has allowed me to gain extensive insights into the technical domain of tendering, especially the process of EU tenders and working with public entities. I have developed the ability to decompose tender material into contextual parts, enabling us to offer a feasible and suitable solution.One of the most significant challenges in this role is the variety of solutions required, as they differ from tender to tender. However, through experience, I have gained the ability to gather information about a specific domain and transform it into a solution that meets the client's needs. As a Bid Manager in KMD, my primary responsibility was to lead and manage the bid process for our complex deals, such as large-scale IT infrastructure projects, software implementations, or managed services contracts.My key tasks included:- Developing bid strategies: I worked closely with the bid team, sales, and delivery teams to understand the customer's requirements and objectives, and to develop a winning bid strategy that addresses those needs while differentiating KMD from the competition.- Managing the bid process: I oversaw the entire bid process from start to finish, ensuring that all the necessary resources are engaged, technical workshops are scheduled and deadlines are met. This includes coordinating the efforts of subject matter experts, proposal writers, legal, and other contributors.- Conducting risk assessments: With the team, I identified and evaluated potential risks associated with the bid, such as technical, operational, financial, and legal risks, and develop mitigation strategies to minimize those risks.- Crafting compelling proposals: The bid team and I was responsible for developing high-quality proposals that meet the customer's requirements and evaluation criteria and showcase KMD's company's strengths and capabilities. This includes ensuring that the proposal is compliant with the customer's requirements, well-structured, and easy to read.Within this role, I've gained stronger project management skills, and excellent communication and collaboration skills, since it is a team effort to craft a compelling proposal. Moreover, i’ve gained a wide understanding of IT services, complex public agreements as well as knowledge about the bidding process and governance around. I've also managed to work effectively under pressure and control multiple deadlines and priorities.

I've assisted on several tasks including migrating assets from other file storages(FTP, Azure, and SQL), defined the taxonomy of the new solution, participated in onboarding activities and training from the onboarding consultants, conducted training and awareness materials, videos, and guides for future change management activities.

My tasks have involved performing gap analysis' and investigations for the business owners and solution architects, conducting power BI reports for business, creating user guides for end users, doing tests before deployment and so forth. Being a part of PLM have given me knowledge regarding agile methodology, scrum ceremonies, the benefits and obstacles regarding driving digital transformation within a large corporation.

KropAmok Sommersport is an expansion of the concept KropAmok. KropAmok Sommersport is a summer camp where children, whom might have difficulties attending at normal sports teams due to their situation, are welcome to join a week of fun in their summer vacation. The programme are customised by the experienced coordinators/instructors to match the children and ensure their mood goes through the roof. My main motivation is to facilitate this group of children, whom often is left behind, and help them experience the joy of being active - together!

Project KropAmok is a project working with children having ADHD, mental, neurological and/or social challenges, through a variety of sports and activities. I find this job very giving, because the other instructors and I can see the great development these children are experiencing. Furthermore this a group of children, who would probably be left behind, because they cannot compete at a normal football og handball team because of their challenges. In relations to this my main motivation is to create the same setting and environment as a normal team such as social cohesion, team jerseys with name, number and sponsors, which you should be proud to wear and the joy of doing sports.

Formerly employed in an external job function, where I do consulting on: Document management systems, data acquisition and use of these data.For example consulting on tasks such as data acquisitions by drones on large outdoor areas and optimization of economics through facility management systems. Beside this i’m the main link between the research and development department and the digitization unit.

The coordinator of a 3-year digitization project, involving 6000 man-hours. This meant clarifying the customer needs for indexing the archives, with an automated business intelligence minded perspective. During this process I was continually in dialogue with the customer, because we implemented the document management system in their organization alongside digitizing their archives. Resulting in a complete and comprehensive solution.

I’ve startet my worklife at NTI, where my main task was to print, press and assemble manuals, which were distributed to customers with the IT Software that NTI had developed.

In between the gymnasium and the university I had a fulltime job as a pedagogical assistant from august 2013 to august 2015. In this period I developed personally, because i got the responsibility for the age group 9 months - 30 months, which meant that you had to teach them everything. This demanded a great deal of patience and also understanding of these small individuals.
