I am an experienced marina operator and business developer and I love what I do!All my life I have had a deep connection with the ocean and started my professional career beneath the surface as a diving instructor. I have worked my way up above and around water and tourism ever since.2011 I joined the guest harbour and marina business and before buying my own marina in Västervik, 2016, I was working all over Sweden developing and maintaining harbours across the country.Since 2017 I am representing Sweden as a board member and per 2024 as the chairman of the Swedish association of guest harbours (RGS) with over 400 partners.Sustainability, destination development and marketing is my field of expertise in the business with great success where joint processes makes an obvious bigger impact. Competition and networking are my keywords to success.
