These plans will guide operations throughout the month. Ensure that actual activities align with the established plans•Monitor and analyze material requirements for maintenance and operational activities on the site then maintain the Quantity Minimum Stock Level (QMSL), after that generate Purchase Orders (PO) if the needs are not yet fulfilled

•Monitoring and supervising activities in the plantation, such as harvesting, fertilization, crop maintenance, and pesticide usage to ensure optimal production quality and quantity•Managing workforce in the plantation, including providing guidance, fostering good relationships, and overseeing implementation of occupational health and safety standards•Supporting manager in planning, organizing, and overseeing day-to-day operations in the plantation•Assisting top management in developing business strategies and long-term plans•Completing other tasks related to operations and resources as instructed by management

•Understanding how the company operates, work culture, vision, mission, regulations, and applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)•Studying all operational and administrative activities of oil palm plantations, starting from land clearing, seedling cultivation, maintenance, harvesting, to the processing of Crude Palm Oil (CPO)•Preparing for the final exam, consisting of knowledge about oil palm plantations acquired during in-class sessions and problem-solving skills gained during On-the-Job Training (OJT). Subsequently, presenting the findings and insights in front of the mentor and company leadership
