Developed and implemented a mathematical model to calculate closing price on apartments in Stockholm based on statistic from previously sold apartments in the area. The algorithm was implemented as a web service and a homepage were customer could choose an area and information about apartment such as size, floor and number of rooms. The algorithm then calculated the estimate closing price for that apartment with a margin of error of max 10%.

Worked as a in house developer, making homepages and mobile applications include developing API and databases for them.

Responsible for development and support for the IT-systems( Media Wiki, Google Apps, Ubuntu Server) used by Armada and Armadas own CRM system. Most of work was making fixes and new features to the CRM system written in Ruby on Rails with a MySQL database.
