In the development of the teaching material for Science Days 2018 (skolematerialet til Forskningens Døgn 2018) I played a central role in all phases, completed with final reporting and an oral presentation at the 2018 Big Bang Conference for Science Teaching.

Here I planned lessons and taught the subjects of Science, Mathemathics and Biology to children ranging from third grade to the eighth grade. I always sought out to take classes outside on field trips, making use of remarkable local nature. Also, I ensured frequent hands-on activities along with occasional opportunities for the young students to influence on class topics and their individual assignments.

I taught topics of marine biology and evolution to school classes, ranging from the very young at pre-school level to high school students. I also carried out guided tours for children and adults, along with feeding session speaks in front of large audiences.

I contributed to solving the daily tasks at the Office for Ocean and Fisheries, which included:producing sustainability assessments of fisheries in the North Atlantic, writing public hearing responses in relation to new Natura2000 area-proposals from the government, proof-reading and editing of reports, along with assistance with the 'Projekt Opdag Havet' ('Project Discover the Sea').

My responsibilities at Øresundsakvariet included:- greeting guests and selling entrance tickets.- being a good aquarium "host"​ by giving practical information and meeting the general needs of the visiting guests.- answering questions about the animals on display, but also telling the fascinating stories about marine life, that people didn't know they wanted to hear.- Keeping the aquarium clean, tidy and inviting.

My responsibilities included:- Teaching topics within marine biology and evolution to visiting school classes ranging from preschool to high school level. Some high school classes I took collecting field data by the adjacent ocean shore and ponds. With the help of the touch pools I also facilitated the meeting wih ocean life to kindergarten children.- Guide and speaker at the weekend and evening feeding sessions.
