- Effective supervision and organization of projects at the site as a single point of contact internally and externally; the focus here is mainly on developments, technology transfers and process optimizations for the manufacture of sterile injection solutions (both cytostatics and non-cytostatics)- Ensuring timely, complete, traceable and correct implementation of all required activities and clarification of technical aspects with interfaces- Preparation of quotations, cost and time schedules within the scope of project planning as well as execution of sale reporting and order invoicing in SAP- Collaboration in the preparation and review of GMP documents, e.g. validation reports, change controls and deviations- Particularly noteworthy in this context is the organization of the internal transfer of our entire cytostatics portfolio from the original to another filling isolator since spring 2021

- Deviation, complaint and CAPA management, i.e. clarification, reporting and communication internally and with the customer as well as definition of measures and follow-up of implementation, furthermore participation in the creation and adaptation of SOPs as well as training of employees- Preparation of risk assessments in the context of the implementation of the ICH Q3D Guideline at the site- Participation in and preparation for authority and customer audits
