As a Manager of Data Quality, I ensure optimal quality of transactional and master data, mitigating impacts on internal departments like Technology, Finance, Value Chain, and Customer Service. I drive efficiency improvements through accurate and reliable data, specialize in system-to-system reconciliation for data consistency, and maintain an end-to-end business process view to identify and resolve structural gaps. I lead a global team of data quality specialists across the Americas, Europe, Africa, and Asia.

Act as the IT representative to partner with the Europe/Russia Supply Chain, Finance, and HR organization to globally transform the service delivery capabilities. Interface with business partners and work with the appropriate IT solution delivery teams and vendors to transform shared services processes. Lead a team of employees focused on reducing data quality issues as part of a larger global data quality effort. Optimize organizational resources delivering shared services capabilities based on investment decisions, business priorities and modernization of technologies. Lead and advance the Data Quality capabilities as part of a Global Data Quality team with specific focus on Europe/Russia solutions. Make recommendations for greater automation to proactively detect and where possible resolve data quality, discrepancies and reconciliation issues.

Design and lead the implementation of the regional information management strategy in Europe, India and Africa. Establish and implement roles & responsibilities, processes and tools for master data analysis and data cleansing. Collect and align policies, standards, and guidelines from these stakeholder groups. Establish and foster a data-driven thinking in the organization. Contribute building a Global framework for Master Data Management and implement the same in the Europe, India, Africa region. Establish and develop a regional data quality team. Ensure clean master data for the implementation of a new order and customer management solution. Further develop a data reconciliation concept to ensure end-to-end quality of the order-to-cash process flow.
