Detached to Johnson and Johnson Innovative Medicines Leiden MSAT department, where I am responsible for the following activities:- Qualification of Temperature Controlled Storage Units (i.e, refrigerators, freezers, incubators, coldrooms.) with loggers (Ellab) and thermocouples (Kaye).- Qualification of Liquid Nitrogen vessels- (Re)qualification of autoclaves- Steam quality testing.- (Re)qualification of SIP, CIP and PGCS systems.- Arranging work permits, if necessitated, for above activities.- Working with SAP (checking validated status, making sure orders are booked off).Since June 2024 also responsible for planning the above qualification work at the MSAT team.

In my free time I volunteer as the equipment owner and board member of a historical fencing club located in Delft.Here I am responsible for:- Maintaining the equipment used in fencing,- Ordering and replacing gear in time- Making decisions with other board members regarding the future of the club- Arranging club activities in closed as well as in public locations- Setting up workshops together with the trainers of the club

Worked at the QC CPRm department, where I was responsible for executing quality control tests on IPC samples and raw materials, i.e.:- OD280 determination on IPC and Release/Stability samples.- TOC determination on swabs and rinse samples for cleaning validation activities.- pH and conductivity testing on release/stability samples and raw materials.- Karl Fisher titration for determining moisture in release/stability samples.- Chemical testing on raw materials.- SME TOC testing (responsible for maintenance, calibration and verification of TOC systems) and closing due dates in SAP.- Responsible for checking OD280, TOC and pH ARS sheets.
