I am the Head of Product Management ERP/SAP, and with a Team of 4 Product Managers, I lead the Development and Operations of the Swiss Federal Government Finance, Logistics, HR, PPM, Real Estate Management, as well as various industry specialised SAP Applications/Services, this for all Swiss civilian government admirative unites. Our Organisation / Agile Release Train has over 18 Teams and 200 FTEs. In addition, I am ad-interim, the Chief Product Owner for the 4 Procurement & Logistics Teams with over 30 FTEs. Wie are responsible for SAP Commerce Cloud (online Shops), SAP Sales Cloud (CRM), SAP Central Procurement Hub, SAP MM/SD, SAP SRM/CRM, Team Work VM/LV, Custom Development, Integration and Analytics.
