With more than 20 years of experience as Area Manager, General Manager and Board Member, I gained a wide range of management skills. The areas of responsibility during my career include a number of tasks from operational, financial and administrative areas.I’m experienced in strategy development and its customer-oriented implementation in the company. Trainings at the LIMAK-Institute regarding Strategy and Corporate Management, Strategic Marketing and Sales Management and Innovation Management provided the necessary theoretical background.An assessment center carried out at Korn Ferry, Vienna, and also at IVENTA, Linz, confirms that I have a high level of leadership competence.The implementation of process optimization is a focus of my work, as this enables structured improvements at all levels.The further development of the human resources area is a key factor in long-term corporate success. The introduction of a succession planning and a talent management program at Hödlmayr now lead to increased planning security and also to the development of specialists and managers within the company through tailor-made training programs. For me, pushing digitalization in terms of process costs reduction, both in the operational and in the administrative areas has high priority in my daily work.I am a customer-oriented analytical all-round manager with a high level of social skills - a team player with strong leadership qualities.
