Together with innovative companies from all sectors of textile value chains like e. g. raw material - production material - finished products of all kind (currently apparel and shoes and more to come...) we are running & managing the Global Textile Scheme Initiative. This international and cross sector initiative is based on the so called Global Textile Scheme (GTS). Andreas Schneider was the Co-Sector Lead Textile in the Digital Product Pass - CIRPASS project of the EU (see https://cirpassproject.eu/ ).In the so called CISUTAC project of the EU the GTS standard will be systematically enriched with elements, being critical for the exchange of relevant circular data with the goal to be the new European Circular Data exchange standard until 2025 (see https://www.cisutac.eu/ ).In the current CIRPASS 2 project he manages the Textile Expert Group.GTS consists a) of multilingual catalogue with harmonized and encoded product master data (called Global Textile Scheme Language - GTS L), b) a low cost and easy to handle technical infrastructure called GTS-Cat (developed by Pranke GmbH in Karlsruhe) and c) a dynamic, so called GTS Data Model, to be able to cover today's and future challenges of our industry.We offer the language to generate end2end & automatically the data for textile Digital Product Passports.
