With an internal change, I took the chance of supporting the formation of a new small department called "Proposals & Contracting". Here I´m responsible for internal sales support (project calculations, offer documents, contract review), technical document standardization of machines and plant components in food and waste water applications as well as product care and improvements. Additionally, we are setting up a new CRM tool for a professional customer care and faster sales actions.

As Project Manager for sludge drying processes in municipal and beverage industry I’m responsible for the technical sales support during the offer phase and executing the projects until the take-over on client’s site. Beside the project execution we take care about a steadily improvement of sludge drying equipment and helping clients to find an optimized process solution. For this, a full-operated pilot plant installed on a trailer is available for on-site studies. With HAZOP and risk analysis as well as clients trainings we ensure a safe operation of this equipment.

As Technical Sales Manager I'm responsible for the Project Management of Standard Products and small to medium sized ozone plants. This can be for applications like wastewater treatment, ozonation of micropollutants, odour and colour removal, ultrapure water disinfection, bottling processes, aquaculture, drinking water and ballast water treatment and pulp and paper bleaching.Based on clients contact for ozone based solutions, I support and recommend OZONIA products and application related engineering solutions. Clients can contact me for offer preparation and ozone related information as well as for technical advice. As Technical Sales Manager I am leading and supporting our clients during the project phases up to the delivery and invoicing. As Area Sales Manager for Denmark, I'm taking care about relationships to clients and partners, following the regional market and strategies.

As Sales Engineer, I supported our Area Sales Managers with engineering know-how and preparing of ozone plant offers for projects up to 10 Mio. EUR projects. This included the offer document preparation with pipe & instrument drawings (CAE/CAD), room layouts, process flows and calculations for a long-life solution concerning water treatment.

As On-Site Service Engineer, I was following projects mainly in Eurasia and Middle Eastern for ozone related applications from aquaculture, ultrapure water, drinking water to wastewater projects. The service activities compromised erection supervision, plant commissioning, performance tests, take-over to client and trouble shooting of OZONIA ozone plants. Electrical and Mechanical Engineering for the realization of plant sizes with ozone productions up to 140 kg/h have been the fundamental background.
