At the Institute for Entrepreneurship and Innovation, I am responsible for the conceptualization, implementation, and management of our continuing education programs for employees in companies as well as founders. For my research, I am looking into entrepreneurial passion and its relevance for entrepreneurial teams. Additionally, I am interested in research on creativity, innovation, and entrepreneurship education.

Since November 2022, I've been taking on the responsibilities as lead for the co-creation and enabling department at the Institut for Entrepreneurship & Innovation. I manage a small team (currently 4 members) and support them in the conception of new innovation formats, individual professional training, and as a sparring partner. Additional tasks include: managing budgets, project management, feel good manager.

As a Junior Consultant Digital I have the opportunity to employ my deep knowledge in innovation processes, methods and business model innovation on various projects. My tasks include (in excerpts):- consulting regarding digital strategy and digital business models - developing and facilitation of innovation workshops - engineering specific project-related tests and experiments for validation - project management
