Focusing on clinical cell analyzers including sample preparation systems, but also covering research high-end analyzer and cell sorter flow cytometry portfolio of BD Biosciences.Beside the daily business as FSE in Technical Service I covered coaching and trainer activity: conducted technical trainings and workshops for new and established FSE and updated training materials based on current knowledge and status of information.Provided technical support to local FSE but also for Distributor FSE in Central Eastern Europe region.Preparing and moderation of technical sessions at meetings and presenting updates to the auditorium of FSE, Distributor FSE, Application Specialists, Sales representatives and Marketing / Product Management.

Organization of service assignments at customer sites - Installation of new devices but also ensuring that services are provided in accordance with the service contract agreements: Carrying out preventative maintenance inspections and repairs on highly complex blood culture, real-time PCR molecular diagnostic instruments and extensive focus on flow cytometry instrumentation

Role as a technician, trainer and operator in Flow Cytometry Core Facilities in Cambridge, UK with high focus on application related questions
