My responsibilities include developing algorithms and programs for data collection and analysis. I have written codes to quantify elastin structure in arterial cross-sections, and to perform large-scale data analysis and fitting of mechanical models of the peripheral arteries. My work has also included participating in several other projects in the lab including cadaver dissections, mechanical tests of arterial mechanics and aortic burst pressures, and so on.

I taught a discussion section and aided in larger lectures for BIOL 141 (Introductory Biology)

I worked with students one-on-one to help them better understand and apply the physical concepts taught in class. I also held review sessions before exams, which I later helped proctor and grade.

I helped develop and test several instruments designed to remotely measure atmospheric gasses. My primary role in my first year was to test and calibrate a gas correlation radiometer meant to measure methane from a future Mars orbiter. In my second and third years, I helped develop, program and test and laser heterodyne radiometer to measure atmospheric carbon dioxide.
