I am an ambitious business & engineering professional with a bachelors degree in industrial engineering and management, specialising in “Production”. This Bachelor of Science focussed on analyzing technology solutions from an economic point of view. I am passionate about new technologies and love working on new business opportunities for technological products. I am a decision maker, am empathic, confident, like taking responsibilities and enjoy public speaking and presenting in both english and german.My engineering and practice background combined with the business knowledge I built up in the bachelor programme means that I can understand the engineering perspective but also have the customer orientation to create products or implement technologies and process that are customer centric. This combination allowed me to successfully work with interdisciplinary teams, in the position as an customer support manager and key account manager, in the past as I was able to understand and combine the different standpoints of all parties concerned. Working with multiple teams revealed that I am especially good at motivating good people to do great through a lead-by-example leadership style.During my years as a student and manager I was able to show my innovation capabilities by creating technological products and process solutions such as a multiple augmented reality app for maintence and service process. Working for a global company gave me the unique opportunity to work in depth with a wide range of new technologies.
