Experience in:- development strategies for EV / HEV / PHEV- developing specific VTS (Vehicle Technical Specification) and DVP (Design Validation Plan), considering the specific needs of each project, minimum risk for mass production vehicles (especially for EV) and a reduced testing program for small volume and start-up vehicle manufactures, using different development tools.- contacting new clients, preparing commercial proposals & negotiations- selection, nomination and training of project team engineers- the fulfilment of project targets, project strategies, timing, project costs & benefits- coordination of different development and test centres: CAD, CAE, crash, misuse, sled, component, active safety tests- passive safety structure performances of BIB with new materials like CFRP or SMCTaking care of clients in Europe, China, India, Iran, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, Russia, Taiwan, Turkey, USA, Vietnam, … which involves a high willingness for travel.During these activities, I've been able to establish close contacts with the Euro NCAP, IIHS & NHTSA authorities. Furthermore, I've a sound knowledge of current and planned future international legislation and consumer testing requirements, as well as the current requirements for vehicle safety electronics, especially those applied to passive & active safety measures.

- Coordination of the development work between Mercedes Benz in Untertürkheim (Germany) and Mercedes Benz in Vitoria (Spain)- Responsible of the development-production connection for the new Mercedes V-Class launch, solving any assembly concern

Resident Vehicle Safety Test Engineer at SEAT S.A.- Responsible for the structure performance and the first frontal airbag integration for the vehicles Toledo and Ibiza.
