For over 35 years I have been involved in commercial real estate in both Canada and Germany, initially as leasing and sale agent for a renowned North American real estate brokerage, learning the business from the ground up. Several years later I stepped into the role of landlord and developer with my founding of the Investra Group of companies working on deals and creating a portfolio of properties for my family in both Canada and Switzerland as well as in Germany.As a result of the international nature of my investments , I gained insight and made use of various cross border corporate structures to facilitate tax optimization, succession planning and wealth expansion & preservation.
