Andreas joined the WISAG Facility Service Holding (WFSH) in October 2021. In his role as an Assistant to CFO, he has a diverse range of responsibilities, covering classic managerial accounting topics, the management of WFSH's investments as well as the M&A activities of the WFSH. Previously he has worked as a young professional at EY within Strategy and Transactions, based in Frankfurt.He has worked on buy and sell side projects for corporates as well as for financial investors (private equity) in the field of financial due diligence. He has also worked on data & analytics projects involving price-volume and recurring revenue analysis. His sector expertise includes Power & Utilities, Industrials and Software companies.Andreas holds a B.Sc. in Economics and M.Sc. in Management with a focus on Accounting & Finance, both from the Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz.
