As a Cluster Lead / Product Owner, I took charge of a team in May, focusing on timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Within a few months, I enhanced our project management efficiency by implementing agile methodologies and lean processes.Since August, I have overseen another team tackling new challenges and projects, including optimizing product quality and developing innovative product strategies. To improve in common settings team wide, I introduced ESLint as a successor for TSLint to apply some formatting guidelines already during developing and keeping software up to date. - Enabling strict mode in TypeScript: When I joined the team, TypeScript was used without Strict Mode and 'any' was common. I informed the team about the benefits and after some time we were able to enable some parts of Strict Mode.- Coordination with the design and architect: Our team is responsible of refactoring an existing application in an outdated environment. We need to make sure our design and technical part are future-proof. I lead the communication with the architects and create architectural concepts for such changes. With design department I made sure, ongoing development is aligned with coexisting applications and benefiting from each other preventing duplications.
