In the light of changing consumer expectations, I help my clients finding the right balance between short- and mid-term opportunities to increase efficiency / effectiveness and long-term enhancement – or, if necessary, transformation – of their business model. Simple business models evolve into complex ecosystems in the future. I accompany leading retailers and consumer goods players on their transformation journey and support with the assessment of potential partnerships and acquisitions. My goal is to ensure that my clients are the architects of the future ecosystem and no vicarious agents.
