Field and in-house service technician with 20 years’ experience. Providing support on installing, repairing and maintaining Large Format Waterbased, UV and DTF Printers. My professional career started as a Desktop Computer assembly technician and was quickly promoted to a more supporting role as HP certified Laserjet Notebook/ Desktop engineer. After 10 years’ experience on consumer products, I changed industry and started installing, repairing and maintaining LFP printers. Became HP and Canon certified engineer and promoted to Technical Support Manager. On this role I was responsible to coordinate and supervise the technical department team, understanding the needs and finding the right product and/or service for customers.My proven reputation for delivering LPF products, drove me to supporting and maintaining UV flatbed printers (up to 2m x 3m), UV roll to roll printers (up to 3,2m) and DTF printers (up to 60cm). Customer satisfaction and personal improvement remain all these years my number one goal.
