• Operated as frontline Project Architect of RPBW/BETAPLAN during the final construction stages of the €630mil RIBA Awarded “Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Centre” (SNFCC) in Athens and supported BETAPLAN’s executive team on the completion of the contractor's snag lists• Led the drafting of SNFCC's Operation Regulation from the side of the Design Team and collaborated directly with SNFCC’s C-suite, lawyers, and department directors• Recruited and managed team for BETAPLAN’s Qatar Projects with numbers increasing in less than 2 months 3-fold up to 15 people, 5 of which were permanently located in Doha• Instituted and developed a Quality Control system enhancing internal collaboration between Athens and Doha teams
