I am a evidence-based marketer with experience working across various industries, including FMCG, telecom, retail, finance, and the car industry. My expertise spans both e-commerce and offline sales.I am deeply dedicated about driving brand growth through evidence-based marketing principles. Currently, I serve as the Nordic Media Manager at Lantmännen / Cerealia, overseeing some of the Nordics' largest food brands. In my role, I actively contribute to the overall business plan by applying proven marketing principles.Some key tasks in my role includes; analyzing sales and consumer buying behavior data to make facted-based decisions and identify growth opportunities for our brands. I also evaluate marketing investments combined with sales data to track category movements. Based on various analyses, I create marketing investment scenarios with potential long-term effects, predicting sales volume, value, market share development, and profit margin comparisons.As the responsible person for paid media, I handle the strategic work with our media agency. I also actively engage in the creative process to ensure we create better advertising.Additionally, I oversee our brand tracker and conduct various market studies, such as distinctive brand asset studies and measuring mental availability at crucial Category Entry Points (CEPs).Beyond my role's responsibilities, I strive to inspire the organization to adopt evidence-based marketing practices. I conduct training sessions on "How brands grow," integrating our category sales and shopper data as evidence.I am a strong advocate of Professor Byron Sharp and his colleagues at the Ehrenberg-Bass Institute. Their research has significantly enhanced my understanding of brand growth fundamentals, fueling my curiosity to seek the truth in marketing.
