A Delivery Executive is accountable for all deliveries and projects for selected customers. The main task is to ensure contract fulfilment to the customers. You work very closely with the Customer Executive who is accountable for the overall customer relationship and the dedicated customer team. You act as a bridge between the sales organisation and the delivering units to secure a smooth implementation of new services.I was managing several top tier customers within the Banking and Insurance sector. The delivery portfolio consisted of a complex variety of services and products, where I was accountable for fulfilling the contracts, leading delivery governance and exceed customer expectations. In addition, I secured the compliance of Tieto’ s delivery processes and practices, and participated in improvement programs of these as well. I negotiated strategically important issues effecting the business internally and externally. I was also responsible for add-on sales, approved proposals and contracts and secured commitment from the delivering organization.The delivery teams consisted of well over 100 members, spanning from junior to very senior specialists and managers. Yearly revenue on my delivery portfolio was over 20 MEUR.
