Andreas Wilderer was born and raised in Germany, where he also met his wife, Mirka—a successful female executive. A business leader and entrepreneur in his own right, Andreas initially worked in the event and marketing field. Their family relocated to the US in 2009, and Andreas spent more time at how with his children. In 2016, he founded GLOBULARiTY LLC, a business coaching company that helps leaders grow and learn how to strengthen their Adaptability Quotient (AQ). Andreas is also a Gallup-certified Strengths Coach.While working on his business pursuits, Andreas has also put his plans in the backseat to support his wife and his family. He stayed at home and cared for his two children while his wife pursued her career. The Wilderers established a “new normal” for their family. Andreas recognized that women can be providers and men can be nurturers.Driven by his own experience Andreas started his work on how men can actively support female leaders. In 2017 he established the male spouse network within Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO), which helps male spouses and partners support female leaders.
