As a Technical Coordinator and Service Engineer at Metalock Engineering Hellas, I apply my mechanical and marine engineering skills to provide high-quality solutions for various engineering challenges in the marine and industrial sectors. I have been working at Metalock for over two years, and I am responsible for coordinating and executing projects such as Metalock repairs(as assistant), overhauling of engines, replacements of crankshafts, in situ machining, welding, and high pressure hydraulics repair and reconditioning of diesel engine components.Before joining Metalock, I served as a Mechanical Marine Engineer at the Hellenic Navy for 10 years, where I gained extensive experience in maintenance and repair of different types of equipment such as main/auxiliary engines, pumps, compressors, and diesel generators, as well as basic electrical works. I also managed human resources and participated in dry-docking of Hellenic Navy ships at military and non-military shipyards. I am always eager for new challenges and evolution, and I am currently pursuing a First Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of West Attica, while also enhancing my digital skills through online courses from Odyssea. My mission is to leverage my engineering expertise and passion for problem-solving to deliver innovative and reliable solutions for my clients and partners.
