Trabalhei gerenciando e auditando toda a estrutura de TI da Schnell Brasil S.A. com foco em resolução de problemas em ERP Protheus, Sistema de backup automatizado, Firewall Fortinet e AD em ambiente Windows 2012.

Participei do startup do projeto de Monitoramento de frio alimentar em sinergia com as empresas CAREL S.p.A. e Microset. O meu dever foi de organizar toda a área de monitoramento deixando-a preparada para que o NOC pudesse monitorar os refrigeradores, balcões e câmeras frias com as temperaturas segundo norma ANVISA. Gerenciei alguns grupos para a instalação e parametrização de sensores e CLP’s para envio de informações em tempo real das temperaturas e relatórios gerenciais.

In these last years I was responsible for the entire restructuring of the current IT infrastructure of Arneg Brazil.We implemented a new IT concept according to international standards so that over the next years the company can grow without investing too much on servers.We invest and implement an EMC VNX3150 Storage NAS / SAN shared among all of our servers.Our environment is virtualized using VMware, we have 3 high availability cluster and about 30 servers.We are also finalizing the implementation of a new ERP (Sapiens of Senior Systems), replacing the two current ERP, LOGIX (Brazil) and SME.UP (Italy) in all sectors of Arneg Brazil.In addition we have a structure of computers and printers in outsourcing with internal call management.We have an internal IT staff that solves problems of 1st, 2nd and 3rd level with a very short response time.

I worked for VODAFONE N.V. Company www.vodafone.com , the biggest cell phone company in the world, as a Senior System Analyst and Project Manager.I worked in the implementation and configuration of 60 new servers to substitute 180 obsolete ones, and implementing Storage solutions (SAN/NAS) in partnership with EMC², HP e IBM, creating a new infra-structure solution for a best data security using a centralized Backup with LTO3 Library and Disk Library EMC². I managed an ICT team with 12 employees (technicians and supervisors) to maintenance and configuration of 120 servers that provide services (DHCP, file service, printer server, IIS, Domain Controller and Backup) for the internal and external network of the VODAFONE company in the cities of Turin, Milan and Genoa.In the last year I achieved excellent results:- 30% servers - 60% job on-call+45% save energy on the server rooms

Company www.fastweb.it , leader on the broad band connection’s sales through a optical fiber, creating the internal structure and managing complex systems like VOIP voice over ip for the internal Call Center and for the Video Streaming area of the Multimedia Interactive Television sector, creating and testing new technologies for the Set Top Box and management of the servers in all Italy’s data room.
