Mr Agema is a professional engineering technologist in the field of material testing.Currently the Senior Material Technician on the N4 Pampoennek project and manage the quality control system. Evaluate, asses all test results for quality control purposes for building material on site including concrete, asphalt and pavement layer. Investigate and seek solutions for material problems.Compile monthly material reporting to client.Mr Agema is an experienced Senior Materials Technician with extensive laboratory experience in road building material which he gains on several projects e.g.: new road constructions, rehabilitation projects and upgrading of the runway of Waterkloof Air Force Base. Perform duties as site laboratory manager for full scale site laboratories for most of the projects.Mr Agema managed a small project as a Resident Engineer and was appointed as operation manager on a Mozambique project.Mr Agema was appointed for a few years as laboratory supervisor at CSIR (Boutek) for testing Agrément and MANTAG certifications.He is currently doing research work to improve the SANS 3001 test methods for asphalt.18 years experience in the field of civil materials.
