In 2020 I have been certified as Coach by the Neuroleadership Institute and have added to my skills ways to support others to get the best of themselves based on neuroscience fundamentals.I love spending time outdoors training for my next 21 Km race, hiking in Sierra de Gredos or discovering new challenges. I recently had the honor to represent MAXAM in a racing sailing competition to promote well-being habits in a collaborative environment with a group of industry women leaders.
